Our most popular and best seller is this arabica coffee from the Huila region of Colombia. It produces some of the best crema and it has become extremely popular for expressos, cappuccinos and crema-rich hot coffees.
This coffee is "fully washed" meaning the cherry is removed from the bean and the beans washed of mucilage before drying, producing a clean tasting cup.
Colombia has become a power house coffee producer with 16 growing regions along two mountain ranges with two harvests a year round.
